By accessing or using the NitePulse mobile application, website, or related services, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. NitePulse is operated by Universal Liberty Holdings Inc., based in Quebec, Canada.

NitePulse is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Admission to venues remains subject to applicable laws, venue policies, valid identification requirements, dress code rules, capacity limits, and venue discretion.

NitePulse operates as a technology and booking platform that connects users with nightlife venues, event organizers, and entertainment experiences. NitePulse does not own, operate, manage, or supervise venues or events unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users may purchase event tickets and reserve tables through the platform. Pricing, availability, deposits, minimum spend requirements, reservation policies, and venue conditions are determined by the applicable venue or organizer.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers including Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play. NitePulse does not directly store full payment card details.

Venues retain final authority regarding admission decisions, security procedures, ticket validation, intoxication assessments, and compliance with venue policies. Purchase of a ticket or reservation does not guarantee entry.

Tickets may be transferred privately between individuals outside the platform. NitePulse is not responsible for unofficial transfers, duplicate ticket usage, fraudulent resale activity, or unauthorized transactions between users.

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, fake payment methods, abuse of the platform, ticket manipulation, scraping, bots, unauthorized copying, or unlawful conduct. NitePulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Venues and event organizers are solely responsible for venue operations, alcohol service, security, compliance with laws, age verification, staffing, customer safety, and event execution.

NitePulse may collect and process user information, location data, booking activity, device information, nightlife preferences, and behavioral analytics in order to improve recommendations, nearby nightlife discovery, heatmaps, analytics, operational insights, and platform functionality.

Users may receive transactional notifications, event reminders, recommendations, promotional communications, and marketing messages. Users may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable.

All trademarks, branding, software, graphics, technology, content, and intellectual property associated with NitePulse remain the exclusive property of Universal Liberty Holdings Inc.

NitePulse is not responsible for venue operations, denied entry, security incidents, injuries, lost property, organizer conduct, alcohol-related incidents, artist cancellations, event modifications, or any occurrence taking place at or related to a venue or event.

NitePulse may introduce additional features and services including guestlists, waitlists, rewards programs, recommendation systems, nightlife insights, venue tools, subscriptions, social features, and promotional partnerships.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Quebec, Canada.
