User Accounts

• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old to use our services

Account Termination

For Venue Partners

Venue Responsibilities

As a venue using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information and pricing
• Honor all ticket sales and reservations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate licenses and permits
• Provide safe and lawful events for attendees
• Handle refunds and customer service for your events

Content and Listings

You are responsible for all content you post on our platform. Content must be accurate, legal, and not infringe on third-party rights.

For Guests

Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets through our platform:

• All sales are final except in cases of event cancellation
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the venue
• You must provide valid identification as required by the venue
• Venue age restrictions and dress codes apply
• Refunds are subject to the individual venue's policies

Event Attendance

By attending an event, you agree to follow the venue's rules and any posted policies. The venue reserves the right to deny entry for violations of their policies or local laws.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment information. Payment terms include:

• Ticket prices include all applicable taxes and fees
• Venue partners receive payment according to our payout schedule
• Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled per Stripe's policies
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Interfere with the platform's operation

Intellectual Property

NitePulse owns all rights to our platform, including software, design elements, and branding. You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to use it for platform operations.

Disclaimers

NitePulse provides a technology platform but is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of events
• The accuracy of event information provided by venues
• The behavior of venue staff or event attendees
• Event cancellations or changes
• Any disputes between venues and guests

Venues are solely responsible for their events and interactions with guests.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NitePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NitePulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NitePulse operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
