Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with this Refund Policy, venue policies, and organizer requirements.

2. Ticket Refund Eligibility

Users may request a refund within five (5) days of purchase provided that the applicable event has not started and the ticket has not been scanned, used, or redeemed.

3. Event Start Restriction

Once an event has started, refunds are generally unavailable, including for unused tickets, missed attendance, or late arrival.

4. Denied Entry

Refund requests related to denied entry may be reviewed if the ticket was not scanned and the denial occurred prior to the event start time. Final eligibility remains subject to review by NitePulse and/or the venue organizer.

5. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled by the organizer or venue, users may receive either a refund or access to a rescheduled event date, depending on organizer policy.

6. Table Reservations

Table reservation deposits, minimum spend requirements, cancellation terms, and refund conditions may vary depending on the venue or organizer.

7. Ticket Transfers and Resale

NitePulse is not responsible for unofficial ticket transfers, duplicate ticket screenshots, private resale transactions, or unauthorized transfers conducted outside the platform.

8. Subscription Purchases

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. Users may cancel future renewals through their Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may require several business days to process depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
