Getting started is easy! For venues, contact us at contact@nitepulse.app to set up your account and learn about our platform features. For guests, you'll be able to discover and purchase tickets through our app once venues start using our platform.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processing with Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most other major payment providers.
Refund policies vary by venue. Generally, tickets are final sale except in cases of event cancellation or significant changes. Contact the venue directly or reach out to us for assistance with refund requests.
After purchasing a ticket, you'll receive a QR code via email or in the app. Simply show this QR code at the venue's entrance, and staff can quickly scan it for entry. No paper tickets needed!
